We’re currently seeking experienced Brewer / Cellar Operator professionals to join our production team. If you’re passionate about the craft, committed to continuous improvement, and ready to take ownership in a collaborative, quality-focused brewery, this might be your next adventure.

?? Position Summary

As a Brewer / Cellar Operator, you will be an integral part of our brewhouse operations—from raw ingredient handling and wort production to fermentation monitoring, cellaring, and packaging. You’ll work closely with the Head Brewer and fellow team members to maintain the highest production standards while helping us push innovation, efficiency, and flavor to the next level.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment and wants to grow their skills alongside a passionate, purpose-driven team.

?? Core Responsibilities

  • Execute brewing and cellar operations per SOPs and brew schedules.
  • Monitor fermentation, carbonation, pH, gravity, DO, and beer quality at every stage.
  • Conduct yeast handling (harvesting, storage, cell counting).
  • Perform CIP and sanitation of brewhouse and cellar equipment using proper chemical handling procedures.
  • Package beer in kegs, bottles, and cans; assist with line cleaning and maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate production records using brewery software (Arryved, Grist).
  • Contribute to sensory panels, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in inventory management and raw material handling.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with team members across production, taproom, and leadership.

?? What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of production brewing experience (preferred).
  • Canning line and cellar operations experience strongly preferred.
  • Formal brewing education or certification is a plus.
  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends.
  • Valid driver’s license; must be 21+.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for craft beer and community.

?? Tools & Equipment You'll Use

  • Brewhouse, cellar, and packaging equipment
  • Cleaning and sanitation chemicals (with safety equipment)
  • Brewery enterprise software (Arryved Brewery Management), QC tracking (Grist)
  • Forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment
  • Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, POS systems

?? Physical Requirements

  • Lift up to 55 lbs solo and maneuver full kegs (~165 lbs).
  • Stand, bend, crouch, and climb regularly throughout shifts.
  • Tolerance for a loud, wet, hot/cold production environment.
