Position Overview:


Zonafide Beverages is seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our sales team. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth within your designated territory.


Key Responsibilities Include:


  • Territory Management
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your assigned territory to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the craft beer market, competitor activities, and industry trends within your territory.
  • Customer Relationship Building:
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing customers, including bars, restaurants, retailers, and distributors.
  • Identify and prospect new accounts to expand the company's customer base.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of Zonafide Beverages product portfolio, including beer styles, flavor profiles, and key selling points.
  • Educate customers on our products and assist with product placements and menu selections.
  • Sales and Promotion:
  • Conduct sales presentations and product tastings to influence purchasing decisions.
  • Plan and execute promotional events, tastings, and samplings to increase brand visibility and sales.
  • Order Management:
  • Ensure accurate and timely order entry and fulfillment, working closely with the distribution team.
  • Monitor inventory levels at customer accounts and provide recommendations for replenishment.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to align sales strategies with product availability and marketing campaigns.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the craft beer industry
  • Strong understanding of the local craft beer market and industry trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
