We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Hospitality to lead guest experience and oversee operations across three brewery taprooms—which includes our soon-to-open brewery, distillery, and BBQ kitchen at Ponce City Market, a top Atlanta destination located directly on the bustling Eastside Beltline.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this leadership role is responsible for driving hospitality excellence, ensuring seamless daily operations, developing and supporting assistant managers, and upholding our brand standards. The Director of Hospitality will play a pivotal role in scaling operations, maintaining consistency across locations, and fostering a culture of service, accountability, and fun.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & People Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop assistant managers and taproom staff across all locations.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews for assistant managers and taproom staff.
  • Ensure adequate staffing and scheduling coverage across all three locations, balancing different hours of operation.

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations for all locations, ensuring consistency in service, hospitality, and atmosphere.
  • Ensure staff are fully trained and able to speak confidently about Three Taverns’ history, beer stories, ingredients, and brewing process.
  • Create and standardize a spirits and mixed-drink program across all taprooms, ensuring consistency, high quality, and operational efficiency in all beverage offerings.
  • Partner with kitchen managers/chefs (where applicable) to deliver seamless food and beverage service.
  • Support assistant managers in handling escalated guest concerns, staffing challenges, and operational needs.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations.

Financial & Strategic Oversight

  • Collaborate with CEO on budgets, sales goals, and performance metrics for each location.
  • Work with leadership team to create and execute the long-term vision and strategic plan of the company
  • Monitor labor costs, inventory management, and operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve margins, and enhance guest experience.
  • Assist in developing programming and events to drive traffic and community engagement.

Brand & Guest Experience

  • Ensure each location delivers a consistent and memorable brand experience.
  • Act as a visible presence in the taprooms, modeling hospitality standards and engaging with guests.
  • Lead guest satisfaction initiatives and analyze feedback to make improvements.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in hospitality management, preferably multi-unit (restaurants, breweries, bars, hotels).
  • Strong leadership and people development skills; proven track record of building effective teams.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant/bar operations, including food, beverage, and staff scheduling.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible schedule; must be available nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Passion for craft beer, spirits, and hospitality.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000 base salary, depending on experience.
  • Bonus: Performance-based bonus tied to sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
