Responsibilities:

Increase sales & exemplify the marketing message for Carlson Orchards Ciders

·      Develop relationships with wholesaler sales reps & managers.

·      Introduce new accounts and increase sales at existing accounts.

·      Develop strong relationships with buyers, owners, and decision makers.

·      Sell new products into accounts and win the visibility battle (displays, shelf positioning, etc.).

·      Develop and execute promotions at bars/restaurants and in the retail market.

·      Maintain and balance thorough communications with many (30-40) wholesalers’ reps

·      Build and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly plans to achieve annual business plan goals

·      Resolve customer issues in a timely manner

·      Help plan and execute presentations at sales and planning meetings


Qualifications:

Requirements

·      Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

·      Track record of providing excellent customer service, clear communication and prompt follow up

·      Experience working in the alcoholic beverage industry; other food and bev. channels are a plus

·      Proven discipline of managing budgets and managing a weekly/monthly account list

·      Outgoing/winning personality with excellent presentation skills

·      Industrious, exemplify “Where there’s a will, there’s a way.”

Preferred

·      Comfortable using CRM software, VIP/KARMA preferred

·      Manchester or Portsmouth, NH home base
