Eckhart Beer Co is a quality focused German and Czech style lager brewery with a taproom and production facility located in Brooklyn, New York. Founded in 2023, Eckhart began self-distributing in December of 2024 and the taproom and kitchen opened in September 2025.


We are currently hiring a full-time sales representative to expand sales in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and reach out to appropriate prospective new accounts
  • Develop short- and long-term action plans
  • Present weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports to management
  • Communicate daily with customers to update them on product availability and solicit orders
  • Communicate daily with production on inventory levels and forecasted inventory via production schedule
  • Meet daily deadline to accurately enter customer orders in order system 
  • Periodically visit existing customer sites to maintain and cultivate relationships
  • Identify opportunities to grow volume within existing accounts
  • Attend and represent Eckhart Beer Co at festivals and events
  • Work with Accounting Department to manage account receivable and timely payment from customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 years experience in an alcohol sales role as a Brand Representative or Distributor Sales Representative
  • Experience working in Craft Beer preferred
  • Knowledge and understanding of the craft beer market, industry and trends
  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset, focused on the tasks and goals
  • Demonstrated track record of success in prior positions
  • Skills : Microsoft office, Microsoft Excel, experience with CRM platforms. Ekos is a plus.


Compensation:

  • $40-50k base salary plus commission, based on experience
