The Role
The Packaging & Cellarperson is a key member of the TALEA Beer production team, responsible for maintaining the quality and consistency of beer throughout the cellar process and executing all packaging operations. This role suits someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about TALEA’s mission to create an inclusive brewery with totally different, easy-to-love beers.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for all routine cellar tasks
- Operate our Wild Goose canning line, responsible for quality control, line setup, running, and breakdown.
- Troubleshoot line issues and escalate equipment faults promptly
- Maintain accurate cellar and packaging logs
- Palletize, wrap, and organize finished goods for storage or dispatch
- Assist with finished goods organization, stock rotation, and inventory accuracy, support order picking and packing
- Support the brewing team during busy production periods as needed
Must Haves
- 2+ years of packaging and/or cellaring experience
- Has a positive, optimistic attitude and is professional and fun, especially in high-stress situations
- Forklift Certified a plus
- Willing and able to work a variable shift schedule that is dependent upon the operational needs of the brewery
Considered a plus
- Experience with Wild Goose canning lines and GEA Centrifuges
- Valid driver's license
Salary
- Estimated salary range: $60,000 - $67,000
