We’re looking for an Equipment Maintenance Manager who can keep our production humming! You’ll lead a skilled maintenance team, optimize our equipment, and help ensure that every batch of our craft beverages is top-notch.

Compensation & Benefits: Salary Range -$90,000 - $110,000 DOE
The salary range is negotiable depending on experience. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within the range will be contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

Required Minimum Qualifications
- 21 years or older
- Hold a valid Electrician license in the applicable state or jurisdiction
- Acceptable driving record
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- CMMS experience
- Able to lift 35lbs+ by hand, as well as lift and move 160lbs+ using assistive devices such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts

Work Environment

This role requires onsite work in a manufacturing environment. Manufacturing environments may involve exposure to loud machinery, varying temperatures, and moving equipment.
The employee will need to adhere to all safety protocols while onsite, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed. Flexibility and adaptability are essential to thrive in this dynamic work environment, which combines creative tasks with physical presence in diverse settings.
The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud most of the time. The use of ear plugs will be required on some days. The temperature of the production facility varies with the seasons and is often cold during winter months and warm during summer months.
