Role Purpose

The Senior National Account Manager will own and accelerate Dose’s retail business across key strategic accounts — notably Sprouts Farmers Market and KeHE Distributors — while leading new business development within emerging Conventional channels. This role blends commercial acumen, analytical rigor, and operational excellence to drive retail growth, optimize profitability, and strengthen Dose’s presence within high-potential banners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sprouts Farmers Market – Retail Account Leadership

·      Lead the joint business plan and day-to-day relationship with Sprouts, Dose’s flagship retail partner.

·      Drive distribution, velocity, and promotional performance across all SKUs.

·      Present category insights, post-promo analysis, and shopper data to influence buyer decisions.

·      Manage all aspects of the business including promotional planning, new item set-up, retail pricing, and execution excellence.

2. KeHE Distributors – Distributor Management

·      Act as the primary liaison with KeHE to ensure flawless supply, new item onboarding, and compliance with P&P terms.

·      Monitor distributor inventory, replenishment, and deduction activity; partner with internal operations to resolve issues.

·      Lead KeHE reviews, develop distributor programs, and ensure optimal brand representation within the KeHE network.

·      Collaborate on strategies to expand Dose’s footprint across KeHE’s retail customers, leveraging data and field insights.

3. Channel Expansion & New Business Development

·      Identify and pursue growth opportunities within Conventional and Mass channels.

·      Build compelling sell-stories supported by data-driven ROI models, category opportunity sizing, and competitive benchmarks.

·      Support new retail launches with forecasting, trade spend planning, and in-store activation strategy.

4. Data Analytics & Performance Insights

·      Own account-level analytics for sales, distribution, velocity, and promo ROI across SPINS, and internal dashboards.

·      Translate syndicated data and retailer POS into actionable strategies that improve rate of sale and shelf productivity.

·      Develop monthly scorecards and business reviews summarizing key performance drivers, promotional lift, and incremental sales.

·      Conduct deep-dive analysis into TDP trends, $/TDP velocity, and promo efficiency to refine go-to-market strategy.

·      Partner with Finance to model forecast scenarios and evaluate trade spend returns at both distributor and retailer level.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

·      Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Finance to align retail plans with inventory, creative, and budget priorities.

·      Provide data-based input into marketing calendars and merchandising programs.

·      Represent Dose externally at trade shows, distributor events, and category reviews.

Qualifications & Experience

·      Required: 7+ years of CPG experience managing retail accounts within, supplements, or wellness categories.

·      Requ: Proven success managing both Sprouts Farmers Market and KeHE relationships.

·      Preferred: Experience launching or scaling brands within Mass or Conventional channels.

·      Strong command of retail metrics and syndicated data tools (SPINS, Excel).

·      Demonstrated ability to build data-led narratives for buyers and drive profitable growth.

·      Excellent relationship-builder, communicator, and problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

What Success Looks Like

·      Year-over-year growth in velocity, distribution, and profitability within Sprouts and KeHE.

·      Clean, accurate forecasting and trade management discipline.

·      Expanded Dose footprint in at least one new Conventional or Mass partner within 12 months.

·      Trusted, insight-driven relationships with retail buyers and distributor leads.
