TK Mulligan Craft Vodka Cocktails were created in our kitchen with one goal in mind — to offer
a true, bartender-crafted cocktail that’s ready to drink. Inspired by the spirit of golf, good times,
and second chances, TK Mulligan celebrates great flavor and even better company.
Produced in both Charlotte, NC and Hudsonville, MI, TK Mulligan delivers bartender-level, top-shelf
quality vodka cocktails designed for on-the-go experiences, on the course, by the pool, in the
backyard, or on the boat.

Position Overview
We’re looking for a Market Manager who embodies that spirit and someone who is ambitious,
relationship-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. This is a hands-on role
leading TK Mulligan’s growth across New Jersey, New York, & Connecticut, driving distribution,
building partnerships, and creating memorable brand experiences in the field.
You’ll be the face of TK Mulligan in your territory, blending strong business acumen with genuine
connection and a love for both golf and great cocktails doesn’t hurt.Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow TK Mulligan’s business within your assigned territory New Jersey, New
York, Connecticut.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, key accounts, and both on- and off-
premise partners.
• Conduct engaging training sessions to build brand advocacy and product knowledge.
• Develop and execute local marketing activations, tastings, and golf-related events that
embody our brand personality, professional, playful, and full of energy.
• Represent TK Mulligan at trade shows, tournaments, and local events with confidence,
warmth, and authenticity.
• Track and report on key performance metrics (distribution growth, new accounts, events,
trainings, etc.).
• Partner closely with internal leadership to align on pricing, strategy, and marketing priorities.
• Travel frequently throughout your region and work flexible hours — including some evenings
and weekends — to support events and brand activations.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of sales experience required (alcohol supplier or distributor experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the New Jersey market and Tri-State region
• Natural relationship builder. With a genuine enthusiasm for golf and ease engaging with
others at events, on the course, and beyond.
• Proven ability to influence wholesaler partners and drive measurable sales growth.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with a high work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit: Hungry and Humble.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel regularly within the region.

Compensation Structure
• EOE focused on hiring talented individuals and offering a base salary commensurate with
experience, bonus program, discounted insurance benefits, travel and entertainment budget
and auto allowance.
