Filler Line Operator and Production Management

Currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Counter-Pressure Glass Bottle Filler Operator to support our production team on a temporary basis, with potential for ongoing work. This role is ideal for someone who can step into a fast-paced, high-standards environment and operate complex filling equipment with confidence and precision.

Responsibilities

• Operate, clean, sanitize, and maintain a 12-head counter-pressure filler with crowner.
• Troubleshoot issues quickly to minimize downtime and maintain product quality.
• Oversee and support the packaging team to ensure consistent output, safety, and quality standards.
• Execute daily changeovers, CIP/SIP cycles, and line start-up/shut-down procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all SOPs, GMPs, and safety guidelines.
• Assist with general production tasks as needed.

Schedule

• 3–5 days per week, typically Monday–Friday.
• Occasional weekend availability preferred during peak production periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience operating, cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining a counter-pressure filler line (beer, soda, seltzer, or similar).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proven problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing or guiding small packaging teams is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods; bend, reach, and climb a ladder; and lift up to 40 lbs safely.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment with tight quality standards.
