Territory Sales Manager (TSM)

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for growing Alamo’s presence in the market through relationships, consistency, and follow-through.

This role focuses on consistently following the standard, representing the brand with integrity, and approaching every day with purpose and intentional action in the market.

What You’ll Be Doing

Market Execution

  • Sell Alamo beers into on-premise and off-premise accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and managers
  • Execute tastings, events, tap takeovers, and promotions

Territory Ownership

  • Plan and manage your territory with discipline and accountability
  • Work closely with distributor partners to drive pulls and placements
  • Ensure accounts are merchandised, fresh, and represented properly

Feedback & Problem Solving

  • Communicate market feedback clearly and early
  • Identify execution or supply challenges and support solutions Represent the voice of the customer internally

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of Beverage or CPG sales experience preferred
  • Self-directed, organized, and disciplined
  • Comfortable being accountable for results
  • Someone who takes pride in representing the brand the right way
