Global Healing is seeking a Sales Operations Lead to support and scale our wholesale business. This role is designed for a highly organized, detail-oriented operator who thrives behind the scenes ensuring that sales activity translates into clean execution, happy customers, and smooth internal coordination.


This is not a sales role. While you’ll interact directly with wholesale customers, your primary responsibility is operational excellence. Making sure orders, contracts, systems, and communication are handled accurately and proactively so the sales team can focus on growth and relationships.


You will work closely with our Retail Channel Manager, Fulfillment, Quality Control, and Finance teams to ensure every wholesale account experience is seamless from onboarding through delivery.


Responsibilities:

  • Own the day-to-day operational management of wholesale accounts, including onboarding, account setup, and ongoing support
  • Convert Purchase Orders into accurate invoices and ensure contract terms, pricing, and agreements are adhered to
  • Manage inbound wholesale inquiries via Zendesk (Ticketing System), ensuring timely, professional, and thorough responses
  • Coordinate closely with Fulfillment and Quality Control to ensure accurate domestic and international order execution
  • Maintain accurate customer, order, and communication records across Zendesk, QuickBooks, and Zoey
  • Provide Fulfillment with all necessary shipping and documentation details
  • Proactively reach out to wholesale customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues before they escalate
  • Support product launches by ensuring accounts receive correct information, materials, and samples
  • Assist with upselling, cross-selling, and sample requests from an operational support standpoint
  • Participate in team meetings and represent the wholesale team at select marketing events and conferences (occasionally weekends)
  • Act as a key internal liaison, ensuring alignment between Sales, Operations, and Finance
