About the Role

We’re seeking a highly driven, execution-focused Market Manager to lead retail sales growth, expand points of distribution, and support on-premise/sampling activations across Chicago. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to build relationships at retail, and can bring a brand to life through features, displays, and sampling events. 


Key Responsibilities 


Retail Execution 

• Open new doors and expand points of distribution across c-store, grocery, and independent retail 

• Drive display execution and ensure brand standards are met across all accounts 

• Manage retail relationships and troubleshoot issues in real time 


On-Premise Support 

• Partner with local accounts to execute features and drive velocity 

• Support sampling events and activations in bars, restaurants, and venues 

• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and local regulations 


Field Marketing & Activations 

• Collaborate with the Regional Director to execute crew drives, brand showcases, and thematic displays 

• Support cultural events, seasonal promotions, and brand-forward activations 

• Capture content and insights from the field to inform broader strategy 


Reporting & Communication 

• Track weekly KPIs including doors opened, displays executed, and sampling events completed • Communicate wins, challenges, and market insights to cross-functional teams 

• Maintain strong alignment with distributor partners and internal stakeholders 


Qualifications

 • 2+ years in beverage, CPG, or retail sales preferred 

• Strong understanding of South Carolina market dynamics 

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills 

• Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule 

• Passion for brand-building and consumer engagement
