Market Manager – SpikedAde

Role Summary

The SpikedAde Sales Manager  role will be based in NH or Maine and will be responsible for managing performance across the states of New Hampshire, Maine & Vermont.   A key output of this role will be influencing the Spiked Ade and distributor teams emphasizing teamwork and delivering results by driving volume, distribution, and brand visibility.  Reporting directly to the SVP Sales, this role plays a critical part in developing and executing local sales strategies & chain execution that support SpikedAde’s growth as a vodka-based sports drink–inspired RTD brand.

The Sales Manager will oversee territory planning, sales execution, team development, and distributor relationships. Our distributor partners are Amoskeag in NH, Pine State & Nappi in Maine & Baker Distributing in Vermont.   This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, Chain experience and excellent communication skills to motivate the sales team, optimize performance, and ensure flawless execution across diverse sales channels.

Essential Functions & Key Outputs

1. Leadership & Team Management

Estimated Time: 50%

  • Implement programming across chains & independent universe to help achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Create excellent/productive working relationships with our four distributors

·       Conduct monthly, quarterly, annual planning meetings and business reviews with distributor leadership to ensure alignment.


·       Wholesaler management in person & virtually to track performance/programming/issues and lead the course corrections as needed.

2. Sales Strategy & Execution

Estimated Time: 30%

  • Develop and implement sales plans aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.

·       Responsible for call points at the top 30 off & 30 On prem accounts


·       Time in trade working with the wholesaler & SpikedAde Reps- 3x a week


4. Administration

Estimated Time: 20%

  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of sales documentation and reporting.
  • Manage sales budgets and expenses.

·       T&E, wholesaler invoices, budget reconciliation, performance review.


·       Ensure forecasting is aligned with production and distributor inventory levels


Education & Experience Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Experience in beverage alcohol or CPG sales preferred.
  • Proven track record of leading successful sales teams.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
