If you're passionate about craft beer and thrive in a fast-paced production environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

•  Execute all phases of the brewing process: milling, mashing, lautering, boiling, and wort transfer.

•  Follow established recipes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with precision and consistency.

•  Monitor and record critical brew parameters including temperature, gravity, and pH throughout each shift.

•  Support cellar operations including yeast handling and fermentation monitoring.

•  Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation (CIP) of the brewhouse and all associated equipment.

•  Maintain accurate, up-to-date brewing and production logs.

•  Assist with packaging operations as production needs require.

•  Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials including malt, hops, and yeast.

•  Assist with inventory tracking and raw material management.

•  Promptly identify and report any quality concerns or equipment issues to the Brewhouse Manager or Senior Brewer.

•  Uphold all safety protocols including confined space procedures, chemical handling, and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

•  At least 1–3 years of professional brewing experience, or equivalent brewing education.

•  Solid working knowledge of brewing science and production processes.

•  Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain meticulous records.

•  Strong attention to detail with a genuine commitment to quality.

•  Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills are a plus.

Preferred Skills

•  Experience with brewhouse automation systems and/or ERP platforms.

•  Familiarity with laboratory testing methods (gravity, pH, cell counts).

•  Forklift certification, or willingness to obtain one.

•  A passion for craft beer and curiosity about brewing innovation.

Physical Requirements

•  Ability to lift and move up to 55 lbs (grain bags, hops, chemicals).

•  Comfortable standing for extended periods during brewing shifts.

•  Able to work in hot, wet, and physically demanding environments.

•  Ability to climb ladders and work safely on elevated platforms.

Schedule

This is a shift-based role with hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on production demands. Flexibility and reliability are key.

Benefits

•  Medical, dental, and vision insurance

•  Retirement savings plan with company matching

•  Paid time off

•  Brewery product perks
