Warehouse & Logistics

  • Directly manage the Warehouse Supervisor and oversee all warehouse operations: receiving, storage, kitting, staging, and finished goods shipping
  • Manage outbound logistics for distributors and contract customer orders — coordinating with 3PL providers, carriers, and customer logistics teams
  • Manage logistics for internal (Pub) and local delivery orders
  • Ensure warehouse operations meet food safety, FIFO, and TTB compliance standards

ERP & Reporting

  • Serve as the functional owner of supply chain processes within our ERP system (NetSuite preferred); ensure data integrity across BOMs, item records, and planning parameters

  • Partner with Operations and Finance to develop reporting dashboards and KPIs that give leadership real-time visibility into supply chain health
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders including contract customers

Team Leadership

  • Lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of planners, a logistics coordinator, inventory specialists, and warehouse staff
  • Build a culture of operational discipline, continuous improvement, and clear ownership
  • Partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, and performance management for Supply Chain team members
  • Provide coaching and career development support to grow internal talent

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Brewing, Packaging, and QA teams to align supply plans with operational needs
  • Serve as the primary Supply Chain contact for contract manufacturing customers — managing expectations, resolving issues, and building strong relationships
  • Collaborate with Finance on cost modeling, variance analysis, and budget planning
  • Participate in BRC, TTB, and Costco supplier audit preparation as it relates to supply chain processes
  • Provide reporting to support all functions of the department (e.g., forecast, orders, inventory accuracy, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of supply chain experience in food or beverage manufacturing, with at least 3 years managing a team
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field
  • Direct experience managing warehouse, planning, and/or logistics functions — not just planning-only roles

  • Proven ability to build and hold accountable a team in a fast-paced, lean environment

  • Strong customer advocate with and outside-in view to drive high service levels and satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in supply chain management or related field
  • Experience working with contract manufacturing customers or operating as a co-packer / contract manufacturer
  • APICS/CPIM or similar supply chain certification
  • Familiarity with TTB regulations, food safety standards, or OLCC requirements
