Location: Denver, CO – Jason St. Brewery / Lafayette Cidery (Multi-site)
Reports to: VP of Liquids
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000

Position Overview:
The Procurement Manager is responsible for sourcing and managing the supply of all ingredients, packaging materials, and production supplies across our brewery and cidery network. Working closely with production, quality, and finance teams, this role ensures the right materials are available at the right time and cost - without compromising the quality our brands are known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ingredient Sourcing: Manage procurement of all brewing and cidermaking ingredients including malt, hops, yeast, fruit, adjuncts, and specialty inputs; maintain supplier relationships and ensure consistent quality and availability.
- Packaging Materials: Source and manage inventory of all packaging components - cans, closures, labels, carriers, and shipping materials - aligned with production fill schedules across all brands.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers; evaluate and onboard new vendors as needed; maintain preferred vendor lists and hold suppliers accountable to agreed-upon standards.
- Inventory Oversight: Monitor stock levels across both production facilities to prevent shortages and minimize excess; coordinate with production scheduling to ensure timely replenishment.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work alongside the VP of Operations, Director of Brewery Operations, and production leads to align purchasing decisions with brand standards, seasonal releases, and capacity planning.
- Cost Tracking & Reporting: Track spend across all procurement categories; identify savings opportunities; provide regular updates to leadership on pricing trends, vendor performance, and budget vs. actuals.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all suppliers meet applicable regulatory and quality standards; maintain accurate procurement records to support TTB and state compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Food Science, or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in craft beverage, food & beverage, or CPG manufacturing.
- Experience managing supplier relationships and negotiating pricing and terms.
- Familiarity with brewing or cidermaking ingredients and packaging formats is a plus.
- Proficiency with inventory management systems or procurement software; ERP experience a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple categories and timelines across two facilities.
- Clear communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally and flag issues proactively.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 - Depending on experience
