The Role

The Senior Director of Brand Marketing leads end-to-end brand execution across retail, wholesale, and digital channels. Reporting directly to the CMO, this role partners closely on brand strategy development and owns the day-to-day execution, ensuring big ideas translate into meaningful, high-impact work. This is a hands-on role responsible for execution, not just ideation. From brief to launch, they oversee integrated campaigns that translate big ideas into high-impact, results-driven brand storytelling.


Responsibilities Include

  • Lead the development and execution of 360° brand campaigns across retail, wholesale, and owned channels.
  • Partner with the CMO on overall brand and go-to-market strategy, bringing campaigns to life with creative, channel, and operational partners.
  • Drive seasonal and product storytelling in close collaboration with Creative, Digital, and Store teams.
  • Use consumer insights and performance data to inform campaign planning and optimization.
  • Own timelines, calendars, and cross-functional coordination—ensuring campaigns launch on time and perform against goals.
  • Oversee in-store marketing initiatives and wholesale support programs, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives while ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Help shape the Pressed brand voice and identity in partnership with the Creative Director.
  • Manage and grow a lean, effective team—while staying hands-on when needed.
  • Attend all mandatory meetings.


Qualifications

  • 10–12+ years of marketing experience with 5+ years in Director/Sr. Director-level role leading brand or integrated marketing within a CPG company (beverage, wellness, food, or beauty strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute brand campaigns from strategy through to execution.
  • Deep understanding of retail and wholesale environments, with the ability to adapt messaging and tactics accordingly.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong grasp of performance metrics, testing frameworks, and consumer insights.
  • Excellent project management skills and proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Possess a high bar for creative excellence and brand integrity.
  • Team player with strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Must be able to work a hybrid schedule (3-4 days per week) in our Culver City office.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
