OSMA is a premium mineral hydration beverage: cold-microfiltered minerals from the sea, no synthetic electrolytes. Delaware C-corp, angel-backed, production with an established US co-packer. Phase 1 launches in LA this fall: 16oz glass, refrigerated DTC hand-delivery and a curated set of premium studios, gyms, and wellness retail. Cans and national natural channel in 2027. The formula was developed in Paris by a top product formulator, with best-in-class ingredient sourcing and processes.
Hiring our first commercial leader, on a co-founder track. You own revenue end to end: DTC (subscription build, retention, delivery ops), retail sell-in (first 10 doors by December, natural channel expansion next), and brand activation. The founder owns product, supply chain, and capital. Founder previously helped scale three functional food and beverage brands from early stage to $50M+, including Harmless Harvest, and JUST Egg and is building OSMA to set the premium standard in hydration.
You: 5+ years CPG or beverage commercial experience, real buyer relationships in the natural channel, LA-based, and hungry for ownership over salary at this stage.
Compensation: meaningful equity, plus the option to invest in the current round on the same terms as our angels. Path to CRO title as we scale.
