Wook Water was born in the crowd and built for the culture. Made by ravers for ravers, it is a nonalcoholic functional hydration drink for festival days, late nights, and everything that comes after. Its blend of electrolytes, lion’s mane, L-theanine, and other thoughtfully chosen ingredients gives people a way to stay present and hydrated through life’s sidequests. We are looking for the person who can make sure the product and the brand show up when and where they should.

The opportunity

As Wook Water expands into retail, we need an experienced operator to take ownership of the work that gets product made, moved, and available in market. You will coordinate with our production partner, manage inventory and shipping, support distributors, and make sure activations are ready to execute. This role comes with considerable independence: you will spot gaps, set priorities, and close issues without waiting for daily direction. You will also attend select festivals and events to understand the community and how Wook Water shows up there.

What you will own

· Own production schedules and handoffs with our production partner, including forecasts, orders, and readiness for each run.

· Track inventory across production, storage, and distributors; anticipate replenishment needs and address stock gaps.

· Coordinate shipping, freight, and fulfillment so product reaches distributors and activations on time.

· Manage day-to-day distributor operations, including orders, product availability, delivery issues, and follow-through.

· Plan activation logistics and direct field teams, including staffing, product, sampling materials, and on-site needs.

· Build clear tracking and updates for production, inventory, shipments, distributor needs, and activation plans.

You may be a fit if

· You have independently owned operations work and coordinated multiple partners. Logistics or supply chain experience is especially valuable.

· You can manage details and changing priorities with little oversight, and you follow problems through to resolution.

· You understand festival and EDM culture and can represent Wook Water authentically in that community.

· Beverage or CPG experience is preferred, but strong operations experience matters more.

· You live in Tampa or St. Petersburg and can travel approximately 20–30%, including occasional weekends and festivals.
