Holiday Vodka is an Italian premium vodka brand (est. 2023) made from 100% soft Italian wheat grown in Piedmont and proofed with alpine spring water from Fonti Bauda in the Maritime Alps. Distilled in small batches and filtered through charcoal, quartz and silica at La Canellese, a fourth-generation family-run distillery in Piedmont dating to 1890, it is bottled at 40% ABV without added sugar, glycerin or flavoring. Offered in 750ml and 1L, plus limited-edition gift sets. The brand was formulated with Giancarlo Mancino of Mancino Vermouth and founded by Anna Goldman.
