Born and brewed in New York, our hard kombucha is a fizzy fermented tea with naturally occurring alcohol. Brewed to 3.2% ABV, our brew is made the authentic way - fair trade black tea and organic cane sugar fermented with organic yeast and a lively SCOBY (symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast). We believe there’s something sacred about the time-honored tradition of sharing a beverage with someone you care about. That’s why we created Kombrewcha - the first ever hard kombucha. We want to give people an option to drink socially without having to compromise taste, experience, or the pursuit of a well-balanced life. We’re on a quest to show the world the fun side of kombucha and introduce a better adult beverage that fits into a balanced, active, and social lifestyle.
