BevNET Review
This vegetable juice blend has a flavor that is highly evocative of gazpacho – in fact, we’d pour it into a bowl and eat it with a spoon much more readily than the gazpacho down the street from BevNET. But texturally, we wish they’d done a slightly better job of seeding the stuff, as we discovered a few hard bits that likely came from green peppers or cucumbers. Still, for a concentrated juice blend, this is quite good and we might very well grab one as an alternative to a bag of chips. It’s helped along by what must be a healthy dose of apple juice concentrate that adds a sweet note to help compensate for the relatively low sodium in the product. It’s a nice change, although one that pushes the calorie count up to 125 for the 10-oz. glass bottle. With a cute orange and green label showing veggies the way Keith Haring might have drawn ‘em.
