Tao Tea: Lemon Green Tea

This is a really pleasant tasting green tea drink – there’s clean tea flavor up front, and a sweet lemon finish that really puts it into the top tier of RTD Iced Green Teas. The green tea flavor manages to be distinct without carrying too many brackish notes. The addition of honey doesn’t add much to the flavor profile, and it leaves a bit of a cloying aftertaste, but not enough to put it into the artificial range. In all, this is a great-tasting tea. But the packaging resembles something out of Pokemon; that’s going to make it hard for many mainstream consumers to take it seriously. But we bet Blade Runner fans will love it.
