Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven sales professional to join our team as a New Business Sales Executive – Beverage Manufacturing. In this role, you will focus on attracting new clients—specifically beverage brands and companies—interested in co-packing and contract manufacturing services. You will proactively identify prospects, build relationships, deliver compelling sales pitches, and close deals to grow our client base and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
? Identify and target potential beverage brands and companies seeking contract manufacturing or co-packing services.
? Conduct research to uncover new business opportunities in the beverage industry.
? Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage decision-makers at prospective client organizations.
? Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pricing offers tailored to client needs.
? Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
? Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, updating CRM tools regularly.
? Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote services and generate leads.
? Collaborate closely with the operations and project management teams to ensure a smooth onboarding of new clients.
Requirements:
? Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the beverage, food, or FMCG manufacturing sectors.
? Strong knowledge of co-packing or contract manufacturing services is a plus.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
? Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
? Ability to travel as needed to meet potential clients or attend industry events.
? Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
