The products are distributed nationwide and easy to find at leading retailers, bars, stadiums, and restaurants.
Position Overview:
This USA-based remote position reports to the Senior Director of Marketing. The role involves collaborating with Brand Marketing/Media, Operations/Innovation, Channel Development, and Partnerships to focus on asset creation, insight generation, and communication to the broader organization, specifically NA and Regional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Brand Marketing and Sales teams to develop and implement effective trade marketing strategies and programs that drive brand visibility and achieve commercial objectives in the On and Off-Premise channels.
- POS Management and Liaison:
- Manage and liaise with the POS suppliers and warehouse/portal to ensure on-time deliveries, proper SKU setup in the online POS Store, accurate POS allocations and inventory for the Sales team, creation and management of the POS catalog for annual and flow purchases.
- Support the development of POS, Apparel, Retail Media items and marketing materials such as key visuals, playbooks sell sheets, in conjunction with the Brand Team to foster insightful narratives and promotions.
- Coordinate the rollout and deployment of programs & materials, ensuring alignment and buy-in from internal stakeholders, wholesalers and key retail partners.
- Insightful Program Planning
- Monitor and collaborate with the Channel Development team to ensure the success of trade marketing initiatives, sharing key learnings and best practices to improve trade execution.
- Support the launch of new products and innovations, ensuring successful below-the-line activations and pre-launch communication needs in collaboration with operations, sales and marketing lead.
- Contribute to the development and deployment of the Annual Brand Plan and Playbook
- Communication and Integration
- Support opportunities with Strategic Partnerships lead ensure communication of retail and on-premise opportunities and tools to amplify brand partnerships.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of Trade Marketing Experience, with a preference for those familiar with the alcoholic beverage industry.
- Demonstrated ability to develop brand programs based on insights and analytics.
- Experience in collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders including marketing, distributors, retailers, commercial teams and external agencies.
- Proven experience in developing point of sales materials in collaboration with suppliers, both overseas and domestic.
- A self-starter who is results-driven and solution-oriented, with a positive and collaborative attitude.
- The right candidate will possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work seamlessly across various functions. Your teamwork approach and proactive mindset will be essential as we jointly navigate the dynamic category landscape.
