The Marketing Coordinator is ultimately responsible for supporting the execution of national and regional marketing initiatives, managing digital platforms, and reporting key marketing KPIs to the VP of Sales & Marketing. Other duties include overseeing content calendars and asset delivery, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring consistent brand messaging down the sales funnel.


Summary of Responsibilities : 

  1. Drive social media growth by increasing impressions and follower engagement across platforms.
  2. Ensure marketing program compliance through organized tracking, communication, and follow-through (merchandising drives, event sponsorships, samplings and promotions).
  3. Write and edit existing sales copy while following SEO best practices on digital platforms.
  4. Serve as the primary contact for external marketing agencies to ensure timely delivery of assets and campaigns.
  5. Collaborate with the VP of Sales & Marketing, Team Members and supplier partners to ideate and develop marketing programs.
  6. Partner with the Art Director to execute assigned creative projects.
  7. Capture content at assigned marketing events.


Background & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing required
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in the CPG or food & beverage industry
  • Experience with Google Ads/Analytics 
  • Comfort working on Google Workspace (Sheets,Docs, Slides, etc.,) 
  • Proven track record of scaling omnichannel strategies, especially through national retail
  • Expertise in developing and executing retail-specific marketing campaigns that drive measurable sales growth
  • Strong background in online sales and digital marketing, including: Email campaigns, Social media strategy, Content publishing and Community building
  • Demonstrated understanding of how digital efforts contribute to retail sales performance
  • Experience managing social influencer and/or creator partnerships
  • DTC/Ecommerce experience preferred
