National Sales Manager for a Premium Non-Alcoholic Portfolio
We’re four independent, high-growth, non-alcoholic brands—All The Bitter, Blind Tiger, Joyus, and Monday —coming together under one roof to launch a shared sales force. We're seeking a tenacious, entrepreneurial, and relationship-driven National Sales Manager to champion our portfolio and scale our presence across retail, food service, hospitality, and distribution.
This is not your typical sales job.
You’ll be the face of a first-of-its-kind portfolio in the growing non-alcoholic category—one built for clarity, quality, and cohesion in a fast-expanding market.
The demand for high-quality non-alcoholic options is exploding. We’re creating clarity by offering buyers and distributors one voice, one portfolio, and one experienced sales partner to streamline decisions and placements. This is a chance to shape a category—and be part of a movement.
What You’ll Do:
- Own on and off-premise sales across all four brands—pitching, placing, and growing our presence nationwide
- Sign new and exciting distribution deals in key territories
- Manage and grow existing distributor relationships
- Open new doors in retail, foodservice, hospitality, and specialty
- Create and execute sales plans, promotions, and pricing strategies in collaboration with brand leads
- Lead training and education for accounts and distributor sales teams
- Represent the portfolio at tastings, buyer meetings, and trade events
- Share pipeline updates, CRM tracking, and market insights across all partner brands
- Travel regionally and nationally for account management and prospecting
- Adapt on the fly—recognizing which brands align with which doors and crafting tailored pitches
You Are:
- A natural closer with charisma, hustle, and heart
- Experience with national/regional distributors in bev-alc, non-alc, natural foods, or CPG
- A sales-first operator who understands distributors, retailers, and the on/off-premise landscape
- Comfortable working across multiple brands, founders, and personalities
- Excited by the challenge of building something new, fast, and meaningful
- Highly organized and a pro at /sales reporting
- Well-versed (or willing to dive deep) into the non-alc, CPG, and the beverage space

Compensation & Logistics:
- Base & Performance Bonus up to 175k annually
- Performance bonus: 4% commission on new wholesale sales

About the Role:
This is a contract-to-hire position reporting directly to a collaborative “brand board” (aka the four founding teams). You’ll work toward quarterly goals, with bi-weekly check-ins and monthly reporting.
We’ve built the infrastructure to set you up for success:
- A cohesive portfolio deck and pitch materials
- Brand folders with sell sheets, placement info, and training tools
- A clear bonus + commission model
- Hands-on support from each founder when needed—with the autonomy to lead and execute independently
