The Operations and Supply Chain Manager will support the VP of Supply Chain and Manufacturing, managing procurement and supply chain activities, as well as freight, warehousing and distribution logistics both internally and with external partners. This role is essential to ensure a streamlined, organized, efficient and margin-conscious operation. Operations Supply Chain Manager will work directly with our suppliers and freight partners to ensure materials and production schedules are delivered aligned with business needs. They will also assist with vendor onboarding, sourcing new materials, and managing and improving our internal tools and documentation. They will also work cross-functionally with the sales team to ensure exceptional on-time, in-full rates and strong retailer relationships. They will also oversee freight bidding, one-off analysis, reporting dashboards, and managing and improving our internal tools and documentation. The ideal candidate is collaborative, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of warehousing, procurement, production, and CPG logistics fundamentals.
