Beverage Marketing & Sales Coordinator

As the Beverage Marketing & Sales Coordinator for Crescent Canna, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing and sales teams as we continue to rapidly expand our footprint across more than 20 states.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide scheduling, project-tracking, and administrative support for the marketing team
• Assist in generating reports, newsletters, and presentations
• Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and new opportunities
• Help organize files, brand materials, and assets
• Maintain marketing and events calendars
• Coordinate with sales reps for programming and events across 20+ states
• Provide support and performance tracking for events across 20+ states
• Occasional travel for events like festivals and trade shows
• Organize and manage inventory of POS materials and branded merchandise
• Assist with distribution of POS and merch to sales reps across 20+ states
• Send, track, and follow up on all marketing-related samples and packages
• Support shipping department as needed

Requirements:

• 21+ years old
• Minimum 3 years experience in beverage sales, marketing, events, or a related field
• Able to commute to New Orleans office regularly
• Comfortable working on your feet, lifting boxes (up to ~40 lbs), and assisting with physical tasks
• Available for occasional travel
• Strong research and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through
• Fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Gets things done efficiently and with a positive attitude

Nice to Have:

• Experience working festivals, trade shows, or special events
• Experience working with creative teams or field reps
• Proficiency with Google Sheets/MS Excel
• Proficiency with AI tools
• Knowledge of marketing analytics or tracking tools
