Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and increase market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the beverage packaging sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored packaging solutions.
- Follow up diligently on leads, inquiries, and proposals to close sales effectively.
- Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Utilize data and insights to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
- Team Collaboration and Leadership:
- Work closely with the sales teams to coordinate efforts and maximize results.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay informed and enhance skills.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the beverage packaging industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Compensation Package:
- Salary + Commission pay
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
