Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and increase market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the beverage packaging sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored packaging solutions.
  • Follow up diligently on leads, inquiries, and proposals to close sales effectively.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting:
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Utilize data and insights to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
  • Team Collaboration and Leadership:
  • Work closely with the sales teams to coordinate efforts and maximize results.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay informed and enhance skills.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the beverage packaging industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
  • Positive attitude, persistence, and resilience in the face of challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.

Compensation Package:

  • Salary + Commission pay

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Work Location: Remote
