If you know your way around freight, portals, and pick-and-pack—and can keep a tight operation running like clockwork—we want you on board.


You’ll be joining a scrappy ownership crew, working tirelessly (and joyfully) to bring the snacking world—and the evolving retail kosher set—the first real competitor to the American matzo market in 90 years.


You’ll make sure every order gets where it’s going—accurately, on time, in one piece—gets paid for, and results in the happiest of customers.


What we’re looking for:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in CPG logistics in the US market
  • Ability to work reliably and independently, with the team in mind
  • Deep understanding of freight, LTL, container movement, pick-and-pack, and drop-ship for small, shelf-stable natural foods
  • Ability to list products and process POs via Shopify and retail portals
  • Fluency with KEHE Connect, RetailLink, ix-ONE, GS1, and similar
  • General understanding of EDI compliance and PO systems
  • Experience managing warehouse and 3PL partnerships
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Google Drive
  • Appreciation for dad jokes


What you’ll do:

  • Manage orders across all retail and DTC channels—US, Canada, and beyond
  • Interface with grocery, mass, club, drug, and specialty/independent retailers
  • Liaise with warehouses for both retail and DTC orders
  • Track inventory of supply chain and finished goods
  • Consolidate and report on monthly orders, sales, returns, and communications
  • Input new item data and images for brokers, distributors, and retail partners
  • Ship samples to retailers and brand partners, managing 3PLs
  • Coordinate trade show prep (registration, shipments, etc.) and post-show follow-up
  • Maintain and clean consumer and retail contact lists
  • Join bi-weekly TMP team meetings


Deets:

  • Part-time: 25–30 hrs/week @ ~$50/hr
  • NY-based brand, but role is fully remote with flexible hours
  • We want someone ready to truly own this role and help get the matzo to the masses
