We’re seeking a seasoned leader to oversee maintenance and packaging operations, ensuring our production systems run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-performing teams, optimize equipment reliability, and implement cutting-edge solutions in automation, mechatronics, and robotics. Reporting directly to the VP of Production & Manufacturing Operations, you’ll play a critical role in driving operational excellence, reducing downtime, and supporting the company’s long-term growth strategies.
The ideal candidate brings over 10 years of experience in maintenance and manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in leadership. We’re looking for someone who thrives on innovation, champions continuous improvement, and can balance strategic planning with hands-on operational oversight. Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range -80k- 110k (DOE) - The salary range is negotiable depending on experience. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within the range will be contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

Required Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 21 or older.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in maintenance and packaging operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Skills: Strong expertise in equipment maintenance, packaging operations, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop high-performance teams. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with CMMS and automation technologies is preferred.
- Compliance: In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards, including OSHA, FDA, and TTB regulations.

This role primarily operates in an office environment but requires frequent interaction with manufacturing productions and operations teams. Some travel may be required to various production sites.
