The Opportunity
Homage + Hustle is a premier beverage tolling and co-packing manufacturer built for emerging and growth-stage brands. We run a tight, high-quality operation — and we're looking for a Sales Partner to help us fill it with the right clients.
This is a role built for someone who is self-motivated and results-driven — with a clear expectation of performance. You generate your own leads, manage your own pipeline, and close contracts. In return, you earn commission on every deal you bring in — no set hours. Just results. If you have deep industry relationships, understand how manufacturing works, and can speak credibly to a founder about what it takes to scale a beverage brand — this role was built for you.
What You'll Do
Lead Generation
You own 100% of top-of-funnel activity. No leads are provided. You'll use your industry network, cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, industry resources, and any other channel you determine effective to identify brands that are ready to scale production.
Prospect Qualification
Not every brand is the right fit — and that's by design. Before bringing a prospect to our team, you'll confirm they meet our High Value Client Profile: formula readiness, volume minimums, financial standing, and production timeline. Quality over quantity.
Consultative Selling
You'll navigate manufacturing conversations — from initial discovery through proposal and close. You'll be trained on our production capabilities and expected to represent them accurately and confidently in client conversations.
Pipeline Management
All prospect interactions are logged in our CRM within 48 hours. Keeping your pipeline current is how we support you and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Client Hand-Off
When a deal closes, you facilitate a clean hand-off to our operations team — collecting all formulation details, packaging specs, volumes, and timelines so production can get to work without friction.
What You Bring
- Industry knowledge — prior experience in beverage manufacturing, co-packing, tolling, or CPG sales is strongly preferred
- A proven track record of closing deals with longer sales cycles and sophisticated buyers
- The ability to speak credibly about manufacturing — line capacity, run minimums, lead times, and technical production requirements
- Self-sufficiency — you have your own setup and are comfortable working remotely without infrastructure support
- An entrepreneurial mindset — you prefer the unlimited upside of commission-only over the security of a salary
- Exceptional organization and follow-through — your CRM is always current and your clients always know what's next
The Details
Compensation
This is a 100% commission role. Commission is paid upon receipt of the client's cleared final invoice — not at signing. There is no base salary, no benefits, and no expense reimbursement unless pre-approved in writing.
Autonomy
Work when you want, where you want. We measure results — signed contracts, qualified clients, and a pipeline that moves. You set your own schedule and determine your own methods within the guardrails we've established.
Training
Remote onboarding is provided and focused on manufacturing fluency — our line speeds, tank capacities, can sizes, carbonation parameters, and production flow. Clients are buying certainty and technical competence. You need to be able to give it to them.
Reporting
You report directly to the CEO with a weekly pipeline update and a quarterly performance review. The relationship is direct, transparent, and built on results.

We specialize in small and mid-scale canned beverage runs for emerging and growth-stage brands. Our capabilities include:
- Product types: Teas & Botanicals, Sparkling Waters, Sodas, Energy Drinks, Adaptogenic Elixirs, CBD/Hemp-infused beverages
- Can sizes: 7.5 oz, 8.4 oz, 12 oz (standard & sleek), 16 oz — all with 202 ends
- Carbonation range: 2.2–2.8 volumes | pH range: 2.5–4.4
- Certifications: USDA Organic Approved, FDA Approved, GMP
- Minimum order: 4,000 gallons per order — sweet spot is 5,000–10,000 gallons
