Kate's Real Food was born in the mountains of Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and we're looking for an energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated Delivery & Sales Representative to help keep the spirit of our brand alive where it all began.

You'll serve as the local face of Kate's Real Food, building strong relationships with customers, supporting our retail partners, making deliveries, and helping expand our presence throughout Jackson Hole and beyond.

What You'll Do

Be the Face of Kate's Real Food

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local retailers and community partners.
  • Represent our brand at account visits
  • Share the Kate's Real Food story and passion for fueling outdoor adventures.

Drive Sales Growth

  • Identify and pursue new wholesale opportunities throughout Jackson, Teton County, and the Mountain West region.
  • Prospect outdoor retailers, bike shops, fly shops, outfitters, grocery stores, and specialty retailers.
  • Grow existing accounts while introducing new customers to the brand.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, opportunities, and customer communications.

Deliver Exceptional Service

  • Execute weekly deliveries to key local accounts.
  • Ensure shelves are stocked, displays look great, and customers have everything they need.
  • Provide prompt, professional communication through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Keep the Vault stocked with merchandise

Support Brand Growth

  • Monitor sales trends and seasonal opportunities unique to the Jackson market.
  • Collaborate with the National Field Sales Manager to execute sales and marketing strategies.
  • Track performance metrics and celebrate wins while identifying opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, account management, business development, or customer relationship management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in food and beverage sales.
  • Experience in delivery driving, merchandising, or route management.
  • Knowledge of the Jackson Hole community and outdoor industry.
  • Experience working with outdoor retailers, specialty grocery, or natural food channels.
