About Us
We are an independent craft brewery driven by innovation and flavor. We love pushing boundaries and creating unique beer styles. We are looking for a passionate Creative Brewer to join our team and help craft our next great brew.
The Role
You will manage daily brewing operations from grain to glass. You will help design exciting new recipes and run experimental batches. You will also oversee quality control and work closely with our packaging line.
Key Responsibilities
- Brewing Operations: Manage the hot side and cold side of production.
- Recipe Development: Create unique, high-quality beer recipes and test new ingredients.
- Quality Control: Monitor fermentation, yeast health, and flavor profiles daily.
- Sanitation: Maintain strict cleaning protocols for all tanks, lines, and equipment.
- Packaging Support: Assist with canning, bottling, and kegging operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: At least 1–2 years of professional brewing experience.
- Creative Mind: A strong passion for craft beer trends and flavor experimentation.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 55 lbs repeatedly and work on your feet all day.
- Detail-Oriented: Strict adherence to safety, cleaning, and recipe measurements.
- Bonus Points: Direct experience operating and maintaining high-speed canning or bottling lines is a major plus!
