- Experience: 1–3+ years of professional brewing or cellar experience preferred
- Compensation: $24-$28/hr DOE + full benefits (medical, vision, PTO, 401(k) w/matching, shift meals)
- Shift: May include early mornings, weekends, and second-shift work
Responsibilities
The role is a combined brewhouse and cellar position, including:
- Milling, mashing, lautering, boiling, whirlpooling, knockout, and CIP
- Yeast handling and harvesting
- Dry hopping
- Tank sanitation and transfers
- Centrifuge and filter operation
- Fermentation monitoring and data collection
- Packaging support (kegging/canning prep)
- Raw material handling and inventory organization
- Participation in pilot batches and collaboration brews
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional brewing or cellar experience preferred
- Familiarity with brewhouse, cellar operations, & packaging operations
- Ability to follow SOPs and production schedules
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift 55 lbs and work on ladders
- Brewing science education preferred but not required
