Technical Sales Lead (Latin America) – Reactory

The Role

As Technical Sales Lead (Latin America), you’ll take the lead in expanding Reactory’s footprint with major distillers across Central and South America, with a particular focus on Rum and Tequila. You’ll define our commercial strategy for this region and categories, drive growth, and help shape how the industry adopts game-changing maturation technology.


Key responsibilities include:


·      Sourcing and building relationships with spirits producers across Latin America

·      Refining our customer messaging and value proposition for the region

·      Leading sales pitches, managing the pipeline, and winning deals

·      Overseeing B2B marketing efforts to drive end user awareness across LATAM

·      International travel to engage customers and represent Reactory at industry events



Who We’re Looking For

·      Central or South-America based and comfortable with international travel

·      Proven experience successfully selling into the spirits industry, with experience in distillery equipment preferred

·      Able to communicate effectively with distillers and industry stakeholders, with fluency in Spanish and English being essential and proficiency in Portuguese desirable

·      You’re equally comfortable discussing commercial ROI with executives and technical implementation with production teams

·      Having existing relationships and a positive reputation with LATAM spirits producers is a major plus
