Position Overview
Good Boy Vodka is seeking a mid-level Graphic Designer to own and execute the majority of graphic design needs across the Good Boy Vodka brand family. This role is highly autonomous and reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong time management skills, excellent creative instincts, and hands-on experience designing for CPG brands in the food and beverage space. This role will support everything from retail point-of-sale and large-format displays to presentations, packaging support, digital assets, and out-of-home creative.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Creative Execution
- Design retail point-of-sale materials, large-format displays, sales presentations, merchandise, packaging support, digital assets, out-of-home creative, vehicle and refrigerator wraps.
- Present all ideas in an organized format, with mood and inspirations boards to ensure leadership is aligned with direction before pushing project to completion.
- Ensure all creative aligns with brand standards and visual identity.
2. Production & File Management
- Prepare print-ready and production-ready files.
- Work with die lines, bleeds, and print specifications.
- Manage file organization and storage systems.
3. Project & Time Management
- Manage multiple projects independently.
- Communicate timelines and adapt to changing priorities.
4. Collaboration & Communication
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations.
- Translate strategy into visual execution.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and PowerPoint
- Strong print production and packaging experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Food or Beverage category experience.
- Familiarity with digital asset management systems.
