About DioniLife

DioniLife was founded on a simple belief: choosing not to drink alcohol should never mean compromising on taste, quality, or experience. As the first exclusively non-alcoholic beverage portfolio company created by industry leaders from some of the world's most respected beer and spirits organizations, DioniLife is redefining what adult drinks can be. Built by executives with decades of experience shaping global brands across beer, wine, and spirits, we bring the same standards of craftsmanship, innovation, and ambition to a new generation of beverages.

Our portfolio includes 2026 World Beer Cup Gold Medal Winning non-alcoholic beer brand Mash Gang, Mediterranean-inspired aperitif Pavari, and blue agave-based La Borosa—each created to deliver exceptional flavor, premium quality, and a genuine sense of occasion. We believe consumers deserve more choice. More choice when celebrating. More choice when socializing. More choice in how they live, connect, and enjoy life's moments. That's why every product in our portfolio is carefully selected, developed, or acquired with one uncompromising principle: it must be something we genuinely love to drink. At DioniLife, we're not simply creating alternatives to alcohol. We're building a new category of premium adult beverages—one where flavor comes first, inclusivity matters, and everyone has a seat at the table.

As we continue to expand across the United States, the United Kingdom, and beyond, our mission remains unchanged: to create world-class drinks that elevate every occasion while contributing to a more balanced, inclusive, and mindful future.

Job Description

This Key Account Manager position will be responsible for delivering DioniLife's annual sales-volume, revenue, distribution, and profitability targets across assigned strategic grocery customers.

Based in Austin, this person will lead DioniLife's commercial relationships with major retailers, including Whole Foods Market, H-E-B, Kroger, Sprouts Farmers Market, Trader Joe's and additional regional and national grocery accounts.

This position will own the complete customer-development process--from buyer presentations, new-item submissions and assortment strategy, to promotional planning, forecasting, retail execution, and performance analysis. This person will work closely with retailer buyers, distributor partners, and DioniLife's internal sales, marketing, finance, operations, and supply-chain teams to build sustainable, profitable growth.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced CPG or beverage sales professional with a strong understanding of the grocery channel and a proven ability to grow emerging brands within complex retail organizations. This person should be equally comfortable developing senior-level buyer relationships, presenting a compelling category-growth story and working through the operational details required to successfully launch and support products at retail.

Existing relationships with buyers or category decision-makers at H-E-B, Whole Foods Market, Kroger, Sprouts Farmers Market, Trade Joe's or other influential grocery retailers are strongly preferred.

The successful candidate will be analytical, commercially disciplined and entrepreneurial, with the ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively across a growing international organization.

  • 5+ years of experience in CPG, beverage, grocery, alcohol, non-alcoholic beverages or a related consumer-products industry
  • 3+ years of direct key-account, chain-account or HQ-level customer management experience
  • Demonstrated success selling products into regional or national grocery retailers and expanding rate-of-sale and distribution across existing customers
  • Established relationships with grocery buyers and category managers strongly preferred
  • Experience managing H-E-B, Whole Foods Market, Kroger, Trader Joe's, or comparable regional and national grocery accounts is highly valued
  • Proven ability to achieve or exceed revenue, volume, distribution, profitability, and account-performance targets
