NEW YORK, NY (March 6, 2025) - Bar Convent Brooklyn (BCB Brooklyn), the premier international trade event for the bar and beverage industry, is excited to announce that as of today, registration for its highly anticipated 2025 event is officially open. Slated to return to Brooklyn’s vibrant Industry City on June 10 and 11, BCB Brooklyn promises expanded exhibitor booths, enhanced programming, spirited interactive activities for attendees and education seminars led by beverage industry experts.

Set to kick off its seventh in-person edition, BCB Brooklyn continues to outdo itself since its inception in 2018. Serving as a platform for industry professionals to celebrate liquid culture through discussions and education, BCB Brooklyn offers a warm, welcoming and collaborative environment. Each year, BCB Brooklyn has continued to grow, with the 2024 show welcoming 5,300+ industry professionals, serving over 550,000 samples and drinks and providing a platform for 230 exhibitors to shine.

“At BCB Brooklyn, we’re continually striving to elevate the show experience,” says Jackie Williams, Event Vice President of BCB Brooklyn. “Building on the success of previous years, we are proud to present another exceptional event in 2025. From education seminars and thoughtfully curated programming to interactive experiences and cocktail demonstrations, we remain committed to empowering beverage professionals from around the world. As we look towards June 2025, the BCB Brooklyn team is excited to be a hub for connection, as professionals come together to push beverage industry innovation forward.”

Led by the Head of Education Lynnette Marrero, the 2025 BCB Brooklyn Education Committee includes Derek Brown (Positive Damage, Inc.), Kevin Diedrich (Pacific Cocktail Haven (P.C.H)/Kona’s), Alba Huerta (Julep Bar), Julie Reiner (Clover Club, Milady’s), Christian Suzuki-Orellana (Bell Tree Hospitality) and Robert Taylor (Honest Bar Co). Together, these industry leaders bring a wealth of experience and expertise, curating 14 engaging education sessions for this year’s Main Stage, which will take place alongside a variety of other sessions on the Liquid Lounge Stages and Park Street University Stage. These sessions offer an in-depth exploration of industry trends and key topics, fostering an inclusive, innovative, and growth-driven environment for the beverage community.

Highlights of the Main Stage sessions include vital discussions on mental well-being, offering strategies for setting boundaries as bartenders, fostering stronger social connections in an era of disconnection, and addressing industry-specific mental health challenges. Moreover, insights into emerging spirits trends—such as the evolution of gin, the rise of alpine spirits, and the development of Caribbean rum distilleries—offer attendees the tools to stay ahead in an ever-evolving industry. Cocktail-focused conversations cover a wide range of topics, from practical challenges like pricing strategies amid inflation and immigrants’ contributions to cocktail culture to the rising influence of N/A spirits and the innovative use of fermentation in drink creation. These discussions not only reflect the current state of hospitality but also equip attendees with the knowledge and inspiration to help shape the future of the drinks world.

"Our education program is designed to support and inspire the bartending and hospitality community by addressing both the real challenges and future opportunities of the industry—whether it's cocktail costing strategies, advanced techniques, or in-depth discussions on spirits categories," says Marrero. "Beyond the bar, we're fostering conversations on mental well-being, industry shifts, and the intersection of sustainability and cultural identity, equipping attendees with the insights and connections they need to thrive in an ever-changing landscape."

In addition to a compelling Main Stage lineup, there are plenty of exciting updates at this year’s event. Attendees can look forward to expanded courtyard programming and exhibiting booths, which will include the ever-evolving and growing international pavilions, featuring the Italian Trade Agency, along with a brand-new dedicated space for no and low-alcohol spirits. This year’s exhibitor lineup continues to grow, with 1800 Tequila, Angostura, Campari, Fernet-Branca, Kettle One, Proof No More, Ritual Zero Proof, Samson & Surrey, Sazerac, Spirit of Gallo, and more.

Beyond the show floor, enhanced on-site activities will make BCB Brooklyn more engaging than ever. Highlights include Authors Alley, where top industry names will host book signings and a series of fireside chats titled “Crafted Conversations” will take place in the VIP Lounge. For the first time, BCB Brooklyn will offer VIP+ badges, providing ticket holders with an upgraded experience that includes exclusive educational sessions and premium perks. With more details to come, from the Park Street University sessions to the Liquid Lounge Stages, be sure to stay tuned for further announcements as BCB Brooklyn unveils additional initiatives, ensuring an unforgettable event for all.

Tickets can now be purchased on the BCB Brooklyn website, starting at an Early Bird Rate of $65 for one day and $105 for two days, available until March 31. From April 1 - June 3, pre-purchased tickets online will be priced at $95 for one day and $145 for two days. Starting  June 4, upon availability, tickets will be $125 for one day and $185 for two days. VIP+ tickets are available for $300. During the two-day event, participants will engage in a wide array of innovative education opportunities covering emerging trends, techniques and products both domestically and internationally.
