Beverage Sales Specialist

Countermeasures is a dynamic sales organization headquartered in Franklin, TN that partners with breweries, distilleries, and beverage suppliers to deliver long-term success strategies. Our services include Sales Representatives, Key Account Management, Expansion, and Retail Marketing services.

About the Role

The Beverage Sales Specialist is a full-time, outside sales role. This role will focus on driving sales, building relationships with wholesale partners, retail accounts, and consumers to ensure brand growth and visibility. The Beverage Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting tastings, and achieving sales targets for four supplier partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively selling products into both on-premise and off-premise accounts
• Visiting 40 accounts per week
• Utilizing CRM to track and monitor sales as well as report on achievements
• Planning and executing in-store tastings, promotional events and trade shows to increase brand awareness
• Conducting staff trainings at accounts to ensure thorough product knowledge and proper brand representation
• Submitting supplier recaps every Monday morning
• Meeting or exceeding monthly KPIs and sales goals

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Beverage sales experience
• Experience in B2B sales and lead generation
• Ability to create and deliver effective sales proposals
• Experience with on and off-premise beverage sales
• Sales experience working for both supplier and distribution company
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with CRM software
• Expert knowledge of the market 

Compensation

The salary range for these roles is $68,000.00–$95,000.00 annually. Actual compensation will depend on location, qualifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
