Senior Beer Sales Representative — NYC & Long Island

Yamada Trading Inc is hiring a full-time Senior Beer Sales Representative covering New York City and Long Island.

Requirements: at least 2 years of beer or alcohol wholesale sales experience; familiar with NYC or Long Island; has sold to restaurants, bars, supermarkets, convenience stores, or beer shops; has established relationships with local purchasing managers; able to independently visit accounts and develop new business. Candidates with existing NYC/Long Island client resources and relationships are strongly preferred. In the interview, candidates should be able to clearly describe: previous territory, monthly case volume, and how many accounts they developed independently.

Key interview question: ‘If you join, which types of accounts will you visit in the first 30 days and how will you land the first orders?’

Compensation: base salary $55,000–$65,000/year depending on relevant experience and local client relationships, plus sales commission. Business travel expenses are reimbursed separately.
