Core Natural: Core Natural Water - 20 Oz

Core is a nutrient-enhanced water made with added electrolytes and minerals and marketed having a “perfect pH.” While water brands often do a lot to describe the methods they use to make their water superior to others, it’s hard to really gauge the superiority of the liquid just by drinking the product. In any event, this product tastes smooth and clean, which is really all we can ask for. The packaging, which comes currently in two sizes, a 20 oz. and a 30 oz. bottle, is, as is the case with most bottled water brands, what sets it apart. On that front, Core has succeeded in creating something that stands out and has a fresh look to it. The top of the bottle is a blue cup shaped cap, which is reminiscent of a laundry detergent bottle. While it could function as something to drink out of, it’s a bit small. The bottle itself is tapered and fully wrapped with a frosted label. The Core logo is simple and polished looking, which fits nicely with the rest of the branding. The full package looks polished and credible while also feeling very nice in your hand. Ultimately, it’s hard to say if Core water is bringing something new to the category with what’s inside the bottle, but it can certainly hold its own. But on the outside, it definitely feels as though Core is something that at least has the chance of being a compelling product based on its visual appearance.
