Filbert's Old Time Root Beer is a "draft style" root beer produced by Filbert's of Chicago. The brew is decent and offers a uniquely styled body that's not as sweet as many of the root beers on the market today. However, the other side of this is that the product does not have the same level of creaminess either. Basically, it's a decent brew that offers a good alternative to some of the heavier root beers that are commonplace in the category today. A slightly stronger body and cane sugar might help liven this product up a bit -- otherwise it's just an average quality root beer.
