Diet Gassosa is the diet version of the original Gassosa flavor. Unfortunately, this diet variety has a pretty bitter finish to it, which likely results from using artificial sweeteners along with the relatively light citrus base. We'd recommend increasing the citrus flavor to help hide the aftertaste and perhaps use one of the acesulfame potassium/sucralose sweetener blends.
