Journey Soft Brews: Borealis Birch Beer

This birch beer is truly a masterpiece. It uses tree-tapped Alaskan birch syrup, unrefined pure cane sugar, bark, herbs, berries, and spices to create an all natural and fresh brewed flavor. Borealis Birch Beer is a smooth, refreshing, and easy to drink birch beer. It does have a subtle bite (possibly from the spices and herbs), but it is not in any way overpowering or overdone. Plus, it is much lighter than most birch beers since it is not totally sweetened by syrups.
