Litl' Squirts

Litl’ Squirts, a naturally enhanced Maine spring water flavored only with natural fruit concentrates, is different from other products. It is different because we use only Maine spring water – not filtered or tap water. When combined with our delicious natural fruit concentrates, the result is a refreshing but healthy drink that also meets the American Beverage Association’s school guidelines. Every bottle of Litl’ Squirts . . . is free of high-fructose corn syrup . . . is free of artificial sweeteners, colors and flavors . . . rates very low on the glycemic index. Blueberry-Lemonade is the only flavor in our product line that uses natural cane sugar as a sweetener. . . . is just under 90 calories per single 12 oz. serving . . . contains 15% of the recommended daily intake of niacin and vitamins B6 and B12 and less than 10mg of sodium per serving.
