Attempting to pioneer a new niche of wrestling themed energy drinks, Mouth of The South Energy Drink uses a can that features WWE legend and hall of famer, Jimmy Hart. The can, which has a cartoony feeling to it, is something that doesn't scream "energy" and, as a result, feels novelty in nature. Given that it's not extremely obvious who is on the can (and yes, we do remember Jimmy Hart) and Jimmy Hart isn't a household name, this product likely has a limited niche appeal to wrestling fans. The formulation is standard-fare energy drink, with a energy-laden bubble gum-flavored body that finishes with notes of citrus flavor. It's good, but not great.
