BevNET Review

Saranac Ginger Beer is a decent ginger beer that has a mild spice and a sweet ginger finish. While it features a nice package that goes well with the fine line of Saranac Beers, this product doesn't really keep the same quality. The product is decent, but the use of high fructose corn syrup tends to leave a slightly syrupy feeling in your mouth. The main issue, however, is that we tasted a slight bubblegum flavor in this product. Definitely not what we like to find in a ginger beer. Overall, a decent start, but Saranac needs to clean it up a bit to make it a top notch product.
